Data Transmission to the National Dose Register

As part of the monitoring of workers exposed to ionizing radiation (Individual Dosimetric Monitoring – SDI – in France), regulation requires the transmission of dose data to the National dose register of their employer (SISERI for classified workers in France, AFCN in Belgium).

This feature allows you to easily check all the mandatory data for dose transmission to the Register.

This functionality is currently developed to check the validity of required data for the following National dose registrers:

Dose transmission to national doses register

Quickly view the status of your account data from the home screen, in the “National dose register” block.

To access the details and make corrections, go to “National dose register” in the left-hand menu.

 

 

 

Below are the steps to check and update the data required for submission to SISERI.

  1. Go to “National Dose Registry” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Launch the detailed analysis by clicking on “Start the control” on the right of the screen.

  3. Review statistics of missing or non-compliant data for all the accounts you manage.

    You can filter by account in the Excel® export.

  4. Click “View Details” under the displayed data to get anomalies per participant.

  5. Lines with anomalies are marked by a red cross at the beginning, and the data to be completed or modified are highlighted in red.

  6. Use the filter to display only the erroneous or valid data.

  7. Possible error types:
    Level Message Possible explanation Action
    Participant NIR is mandatory information NIR missing in LANDAUER direct. Add it to the Participant Detail. Ensure it matches the one registered in SISERI.
    Participant NIR in red The NIR entered is not valid. Correct it in the Participant Detail. Ensure it matches the one in SISERI.
    Participant Participant classification undefined The classification is unknown in LANDAUER. ■ If the worker is unclassified, set it to “unclassified” in Participant Detail.
    ■ If classified, consult SISERI (SIRET and NIR), and update the Participant Detail accordingly. Classification (A or B) will auto-update in LANDAUER direct in a few days.
    Participant Employer not defined Missing participant employer SIRET number. Enter the employer’s SIRET in the Participant Detail, as recorded in SISERI.
    You can add an employer from the Account / Employer Management menu.
  8. Export the Participants list to Excel® format to simplify the correction by clicking on “Export“.

  9. To correct a Participant’s data, go directly to their details page by clicking the magnifying glass on the right of the row.

  10. From the Participant Detail, you can:
    1. Correct the NIR.
    2. Update the default employer by entering the correct SIRET.
    3. Indicate whether the worker is classified or not:
      ■ If the worker is not classified, they will be considered under Radiological Monitoring (SR). Their dosimetric data will not be transmitted to SISERI,
      ■ If the worker is classified, the classification type will be automatically retrieved from their SISERI profile into LANDAUER direct.
      Make sure the establishment’s SIRET and the participant’s NIR are identical between SISERI and LANDAUER direct. If an error exists at this level, you must make the correction in your SISERI account.

  11. Once you have modified the data, close the Subdivision or Participant tab and return to the National dose register page.
    To update the data, click again on “Start the control”.

  1. Go to “National Dose Registry” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Launch the detailed analysis by clicking on “Start the control” on the right of the screen.

  3. Review statistics of missing or incorrect data for all the accounts you manage.

  4. Click “View Details” at the bottom of each table to view anomalies per account and participant.

  7. Possible error types:
    Level Message Possible Explanations Action
    Account Activity sector not defined The company’s activity sector is not defined. Contact LANDAUER Customer Service using the “Contact your manager” function.
    Participant Social Security Number (NISS) is required Social Security Number not entered in LANDAUER direct. Enter it in the Participant Detail.
    Participant Social Security Number in red The Social Security Number is not valid. Correct it in the Participant Detail.
    Participant BCE number not defined The participant’s employer’s BCE number is not provided. Correct it in the Participant Detail. You can add an employer via the Account / Employer Management menu.
    Participant Participant activity not defined The participant’s activity is not defined. Complete the Participant Detail.
  8. Export the Participants list to Excel® format to simplify the correction by clicking on “Export“.

  10. From the Participant Detail, you can:
    1. Correct the Social Security Number.
    2. Update the default employer by entering the correct BCE number. A new employer can be created from the Subscription / Account / Employer Management menu.
